By Car: From the North (A2 Mediterranean Highway): Exit at the Rosarno interchange. Follow the signs for San Ferdinando; once you reach the town of San Ferdinando, follow the signs for Nicotera. After crossing the Mesima Bridge, turn left at the fork.
From the South (Reggio Calabria): Take the A2 toward Salerno, exit at the Rosarno interchange. Follow the signs for San Ferdinando; once you reach the town of San Ferdinando, follow the signs for Nicotera. After crossing the Mesima Bridge, turn left at the fork.
Train: The nearest train station is Rosarno, a major hub served by regional, Intercity, and high-speed trains (Frecciarossa and Italo). From the station, you can reach the Reserve by taxi (about 5 minutes) or on foot in about 20–25 minutes.
